B\u1ec7nh m\u00e1u kh\u00f3 \u0111\u00f4ng (Hemophilia) l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t r\u1ed1i lo\u1ea1n \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 thi\u1ebfu ho\u1eb7c kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft, khi\u1ebfn m\u00e1u ch\u1ea3y k\u00e9o d\u00e0i v\u00e0 kh\u00f3 c\u1ea7m h\u01a1n b\u00ecnh th\u01b0\u1eddng. 3. <\/strong>Hemophilia c\u00f3 2 d\u1ea1ng<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Hemophilia di truy\u1ec1n: m\u1ed9t b\u1ec7nh r\u1ed1i lo\u1ea1n \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u do di truy\u1ec1n theo gen l\u1eb7n n\u1eb1m tr\u00ean nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 gi\u1edbi t\u00ednh X . B\u1ec7nh do gi\u1ea3m y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII (Hemophilia A) ho\u1eb7c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 IX (Hemophilia B) d\u1eabn t\u1edbi m\u00e1u ch\u1eadm \u0111\u00f4ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Hemophilia m\u1eafc ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 b\u1ec7nh ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u b\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng do gi\u1ea3m y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u VIII\/IX do t\u1ef1 kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 g\u00e2y n\u00ean.             C\u1ea7n ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t v\u1edbi thi\u1ebfu c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u kh\u00e1c         <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. <\/strong>\u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Nguy\u00ean t\u1eafc:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ngay khi nghi ng\u1edd c\u00f3 ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u c\u1ea7n \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng PRICE (Protect: b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7;  Rest: ngh\u1ec9 ng\u01a1i; Ice: ch\u01b0\u1eddm \u0111\u00e1; Compression: b\u0103ng \u00e9p; Elevation: n\u00e2ng cao ch\u1ed7 t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng) \u0111\u1ec3 c\u1ea7m m\u00e1u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– B\u1ed5 sung y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII\/IX \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ec3 c\u1ea7m m\u00e1u cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh c\u00e0ng s\u1edbm c\u00e0ng t\u1ed1t khi c\u00f3 ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.1. Th\u1ec3 nh\u1eb9:<\/strong> \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng khi ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt\/th\u1ee7 thu\u1eadt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2. Th\u1ec3 trung b\u00ecnh n\u1eb7ng:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi thi\u1ebfu y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII: truy\u1ec1n y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII \u0111\u00f4ng kh\u00f4 ho\u1eb7c k\u1ebft t\u1ee7a l\u1ea1nh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi thi\u1ebfu y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 IX: truy\u1ec1n y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 IX \u0111\u00f4ng kh\u00f4 ho\u1eb7c huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u01b0\u01a1i \u0111\u00f4ng l\u1ea1nh (FPP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Thu\u1ed1c \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf ti\u00eau fibrin: Transamin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Desmopressin: ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh Hemophilia A m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1eb9 v\u00e0 trung b\u00ecnh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Corticoid: ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh trong \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb vi\u00eam kh\u1edbp sau khi \u0111\u00e3 ng\u1eebng ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Gi\u1ea3m \u0111au: Paracetamol +\/- codein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u: b\u1ed5 sung \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u b\u1ecb thi\u1ebfu \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf t\u1ed1i \u0111a bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. <\/strong>Bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ch\u1ea5t \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII\/FIX<\/u>: xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n sau 1 th\u1eddi gian b\u00f9 c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII\/IX<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 10 – 15%  ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh Hemophilia A c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 ch\u1ed1ng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII, l\u00e0m m\u1ea5t t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a thu\u1ed1c truy\u1ec1n y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII g\u00e2y kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n trong \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
