Th\u1ef1c tr\u1ea1ng l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n HIV t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 sang con<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HIV c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 sang con trong thai k\u1ef3, khi chuy\u1ec3n d\u1ea1 &#8211; sinh n\u1edf ho\u1eb7c trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n cho con b\u00fa. N\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p can thi\u1ec7p, nguy c\u01a1 l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00ean t\u1edbi 20-45%. Tuy nhi\u00ean, v\u1edbi s\u1ef1 ti\u1ebfn b\u1ed9 c\u1ee7a y h\u1ecdc v\u00e0 c\u00e1c ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng hi\u1ec7n nay, n\u1ebfu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd thai ngh\u00e9n v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb \u0111\u00fang, nguy c\u01a1 n\u00e0y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m xu\u1ed1ng d\u01b0\u1edbi 2%, th\u1eadm ch\u00ed ti\u1ec7m c\u1eadn 0%. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 c\u01a1 h\u1ed9i r\u1ea5t l\u1edbn \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1ea5m d\u1ee9t c\u00e1c ca HIV \u1edf tr\u1ebb em, \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m quy\u1ec1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c sinh ra kh\u1ecfe m\u1ea1nh c\u1ee7a m\u1ecdi tr\u1ebb em.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Nh\u1eefng gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p c\u1ed1t l\u00f5i trong ph\u00f2ng ng\u1eeba l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n HIV t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 sang con<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m HIV s\u1edbm v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 cho ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef mang thai<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef mang thai c\u1ea7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m HIV c\u00e0ng s\u1edbm c\u00e0ng t\u1ed1t khi ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 thai s\u1ea3n. V\u1edbi nh\u00f3m nguy c\u01a1 cao, x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m c\u1ea7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1eb7p l\u1ea1i \u1edf qu\u00fd III thai k\u1ef3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 <strong><em>X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m s\u1edbm l\u00e0 \u201cch\u00eca kh\u00f3a v\u00e0ng\u201d \u0111\u1ec3 m\u1edf ra c\u01a1 h\u1ed9i d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ARV s\u1edbm v\u00e0 li\u00ean t\u1ee5c cho ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef mang thai nhi\u1ec5m HIV<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Khi ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n nhi\u1ec5m HIV, thai ph\u1ee5 c\u1ea7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb thu\u1ed1c kh\u00e1ng vi r\u00fat (ARV) ngay, kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o giai \u0111o\u1ea1n b\u1ec7nh hay s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u1ebf b\u00e0o CD4. \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ARV gi\u00fap gi\u1ea3m t\u1ea3i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng vi r\u00fat trong m\u00e1u xu\u1ed1ng m\u1ee9c th\u1ea5p nh\u1ea5t, t\u1eeb \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m nguy c\u01a1 l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n sang con.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd chuy\u1ec3n d\u1ea1 v\u00e0 sinh an to\u00e0n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh sinh, c\u1ea7n h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf c\u00e1c th\u1ee7 thu\u1eadt x\u00e2m l\u1ea5n kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft nh\u01b0: b\u1ea5m \u1ed1i s\u1edbm, can thi\u1ec7p s\u1ea3n khoa khi kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh. Thai ph\u1ee5 ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c duy tr\u00ec \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ARV \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Can thi\u1ec7p d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng cho tr\u1ebb ngay sau sinh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u1ebb sinh ra t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 nhi\u1ec5m HIV s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u00f9ng thu\u1ed1c ARV d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng s\u1edbm, theo \u0111\u00fang ph\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed3 nguy c\u01a1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HIV c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e2y t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 sang con do HIV c\u00f3 trong s\u1eefa m\u1eb9 ho\u1eb7c m\u00e1u, d\u1ecbch ti\u1ebft t\u1eeb c\u00e1c v\u1ebft n\u1ee9t \u1edf n\u00fam v\u00fa ng\u01b0\u1eddi m\u1eb9, v\u00ec v\u1eady t\u1ed1t nh\u1ea5t kh\u00f4ng cho tr\u1ebb b\u00fa m\u1eb9. N\u1ebfu nu\u00f4i con b\u1eb1ng s\u1eefa m\u1eb9 th\u00ec ng\u01b0\u1eddi m\u1eb9 ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ARV v\u00e0 tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 t\u1ed1t \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea3i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng vi r\u00fat d\u01b0\u1edbi 200 b\u1ea3n sao trong 1ml m\u00e1u. Khi tr\u1ebb \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 4-6 tu\u1ea7n tu\u1ed5i, \u0111\u01b0a ngay tr\u1ebb \u0111\u1ebfn c\u01a1 s\u1edf y t\u1ebf \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n s\u1edbm t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng nhi\u1ec5m HIV. Sau \u0111\u00f3, b\u00e1c s\u0129 s\u1ebd t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi m\u1eb9 c\u00f3 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ch\u0103m s\u00f3c th\u00edch h\u1ee3p v\u00e0 th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m l\u1ea1i. Tr\u1ebb \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c theo d\u00f5i v\u00e0 x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m HIV \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 theo h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn chuy\u00ean m\u00f4n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Vai tr\u00f2 c\u1ee7a gia \u0111\u00ecnh v\u00e0 c\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">X\u00f3a b\u1ecf k\u1ef3 th\u1ecb v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed1i x\u1eed v\u1edbi ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef nhi\u1ec5m HIV l\u00e0 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 then ch\u1ed1t gi\u00fap h\u1ecd m\u1ea1nh d\u1ea1n \u0111i x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m, \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb v\u00e0 tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 ch\u0103m s\u00f3c y t\u1ebf. S\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ed3ng h\u00e0nh c\u1ee7a ch\u1ed3ng, gia \u0111\u00ecnh v\u00e0 c\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng gi\u00fap ng\u01b0\u1eddi m\u1eb9 an t\u00e2m \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb, t\u1eeb \u0111\u00f3 b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n cho con.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Th\u00f4ng \u0111i\u1ec7p c\u1ee7a Th\u00e1ng ph\u00f2ng ng\u1eeba l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n HIV t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 sang con: X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m s\u1edbm &#8211; \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb s\u1edbm &#8211; Sinh con an to\u00e0n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef nhi\u1ec5m HIV ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 mang thai v\u00e0 sinh ra nh\u1eefng em b\u00e9 kh\u1ecfe m\u1ea1nh, kh\u00f4ng HIV n\u1ebfu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u0103m s\u00f3c \u0111\u00fang c\u00e1ch.
